These Include:

  • Return Policy
    • The products sold at Barry's Front Porch are guaranteed to satisfy! If you are not satisfied and wish to return an item for any reason we will send you a full refund on the purchase price of your order. Products must be returned to us prepaid within 15 days in undamaged condition, unused and in its original packaging.
      All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
      Custom orders are not usually refundable or may require a restocking fee.
      NOTE: You must contact us for a return notification form before returning your product.
  • Shipping Damage
    • If an item is damaged in shipping keep all packaging and notify Barry's Front Porch by email of specific damage as soon as possible in order to receive a timely replacement. we will handle all claim processing and arrange for pick up, product replacement and return shipping with UPS or FedEx.
  • Replacement Parts
    • If your product becomes damaged or broken within the first 30 days of normal use we will at our discretion replace the damaged part free of charge. Please see our Warranty replacement Policy.
  • Back Orders
    • Back orders are rare, in the event a product is not immediately available, we will contact you.

  • Taxes
    • Orders shipped to addresses in the State of California will have to pay a sales tax of 7.25% of the total order.
  • Any taxes, duties or brokerage fees are not included in any of the prices posted on this website.

Warranty/Replacement Policy

  • 30 day warranty guarantee:

    Barry's Front Porch warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period 30 days from date of purchase.
    If any item or furniture component from Barry's Front Porch is claimed to be defective within this time Barry's Front Porch will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use.
    Parts or items claimed to be defective must be returned to the manufacturer prepaid by the purchaser. Repaired or replaced products will be re-shipped to the purchaser at the expense of Barry's Front Porch within 30 days. This warranty is enforceable only by the original purchaser of a Barry's Front Porch product that was purchased through the Barry's Front Porch website.

    Note - Custom orders MAY require a handling fee per product for warranty replacement.
